Ordering and Payment Terms
Minimum Order Quantity

Production Timeline
Standard production time is 10 days from order confirmation. Custom designs may require additional time.
Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date for established customers. New customers may be required to provide payment in advance or letter of credit.

Shipping and Delivery
We provide global shipping services with door-to-door delivery options. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination and order size.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for international shipments.

Intellectual Property Rights
All design work, including custom molds and tooling created for OEM/ODM projects, remains the intellectual property of the respective parties as agreed in separate design agreements.
The LeHong Packaging name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Ningbo LeHong Packaging Co., Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability
LeHong Packaging's liability for any claim arising from the use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products giving rise to the claim.
Important Notice
We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products. Buyers are responsible for ensuring product suitability for their intended applications.
